The Interior Design programme at Buruburu Institute of Fine Arts is designed to nurture creativity while equipping learners with the practical and technical skills needed to succeed in the interior design industry. Through a blend of hands-on projects, creative exploration, and critical design thinking, students develop their imagination, observation, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and practical abilities.

The programme follows the TVET-CDACC Competency-Based Curriculum, offering both Level 5 and Level 6 training. Learners gain industry-relevant skills in:

Requirements

Applicants for a Diploma course should have a mean grade of C- (minus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent, along with demonstrated artistic talent. Applicants who merit consideration will be called for an interview before final selection.
